Refund & Returns Policy- Blind Parts Online Australia
Please make sure that you check size, measurements, dimensions and brand of the part you are purchasing carefully before ordering.
Refunds do not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery or if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been dropped or broken.
All products must be returned in their original condition to Blind Parts Online Australia.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. If an order has been sent out incorrectly, we will cover all costs to return or exchange.
Exchanges and refunds are not available on items cut to order. This includes laddering and cord which are cut from a roll.
It is advised that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage.
You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit, so therefore we advised you return the product via Registered Post or take out shipment insurance with your freight carrier.
If your item does not arrive out to you with in 10 working days from the shipping date, please contact us so we can lodge an inquiry with our shipping provider. Blind Parts Online is not responsible for items lost by Australia Post that are deemed delivered by them. Refunds or replacement parts will not be issued if the item was deemed as delivered by Australia Post.
